NATURE OF WORK

Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.  Is in search of candidates who have what it takes to be part of our organization.  Our ideal candidate is someone who is committed to being a sales professional and is looking for the right opportunity to develop their sales skills.  The Sales Manager position reports to the President and CEO of Encompass Onsite.  This is a salary plus commission opportunity with unlimited income potential.  There is significant opportunity for advancement for successful candidates.

EXAMPLES OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments
  • Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities
  • Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments
  • Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals
  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
  • Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelors degree in a business related field, or 7+ years of comparable work experience
  • MBA is highly desirable 
  • Previous experience in B2B or Enterprise-level sales
  • Must have good understanding of market development to drive a growing business
  • Knowledge of RFP process and ability to create competitive proposal responses to those RFP’s
  • Proven leadership ability to influence, develop, and empower employees to achieve objectives with a team approach.
  • Ability to do simple math calculations, input data into the computer and analyze data as requested  
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Advanced skills with online CRM platforms
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word & Outlook)
  • Valid Florida Driver’s license
